NI Volleyball Vice-President shortlisted for Women in Sport Awards

Northern Ireland (NI) Volleyball Vice-President, Joanna McCrory, is among the nominees shortlisted for the Northern Ireland National Women in Sport Awards for this year.

McCrory’s work within the Federation but especially in cooperation with CEV – she is the person in charge of running the CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’ in Northern Ireland – has won the admiration of the judges. The eventual winners will be revealed next month in a very high-profile media occasion in Belfast.

Ms McCrory’s has been the driving force behind the delivery of the School Project in Northern Ireland, reaching out to schools and clubs across the home nation with much help, inspiration, and sustenance provided by the CEV Development Department and the annual CEV Coaches Convention that she has attended as well.
