School Project activities still up and running in Greenland even during Arctic winter

Some five clubs across Greenland are currently involved in the delivery of the CEV School Project ‘Play Volleyball – Grow with it’ to inspire the next generation of players across the country.

Even in the middle of the Artic winter, their activities are proceeding well, and they are maintaining the number of members they have built up. When it comes to their work in the schools, there is only one school in each settlement. KTVI, one of the clubs involved in the project, organise classes once a month with a focus on KidsVolley for the youngest students.

How to move forward in the development of Volleyball for children and young people in Greenland will be discussed in more detail at an online meeting in February, with participation of Project Manager Peter Morell and members of the Board of Administration of the Greenland Volleyball Federation.
